Terms of Service

By registering an account or using any part of the OnionStress.eu platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and delete your account.

OnionStress.eu is a network stress testing tool intended strictly for authorized security testing on infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to test. You must not use this platform to:

• Attack, disrupt, or damage any system, network, or service you do not own or do not have written authorization to test.
• Target critical infrastructure including but not limited to government networks, hospitals, schools, financial institutions, or emergency services.
• Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
• Use the platform for extortion, ransom demands, harassment, or any illegal purpose.

Targeting any government-owned or government-operated infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate permanent account termination without warning.
• No refund of any purchased balance or active plan.
• Reporting of the incident to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Blacklisted target categories include but are not limited to: .gov, .mil domains, public utility providers, law enforcement networks, and emergency services infrastructure.

All purchases on OnionStress.eu are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Plan purchases (Silver, Gold, Papa) — no refunds under any circumstance.
• Crypto deposits added to your account balance — non-reversible.
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations — no refund.
• Unused time remaining on an active plan at time of cancellation — non-refundable.

Given the anonymous nature of crypto payments and the digital goods provided, no exceptions to this policy will be made.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

• Never share your username, password, or API token with any other person.
• Never sell, lease, or transfer access to your account or API key.
• Never use another person's credentials to access the platform.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts found sharing credentials will be permanently banned without refund.

All users must maintain respectful conduct toward OnionStress.eu staff, administrators, and ownership at all times. The following will result in immediate account termination:

• Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment toward any staff member or the platform owner.
• Attempting to scam, manipulate, or deceive staff into providing unauthorized refunds or access.
• Spreading false information or defamatory content about the platform or its staff.
• Attempting to social-engineer staff for account access or sensitive information.
• Publicly threatening or extorting the platform or its operators.

OnionStress.eu makes no guarantee of 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify features, change pricing, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause. Violations of these Terms of Service, abusive behavior, or engaging in illegal activity will result in immediate termination without any refund of remaining balance or active plan value.

OnionStress.eu and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: misuse of attack tools, loss of data, service downtime, or third-party claims. You use this platform entirely at your own risk and bear full legal responsibility for all actions taken with it.
